Excursions from Zadar
Don’t spend all of your energy in Zadar, because here you can find some interesting excursions which we prepared for you! Zadar surroundings is very famous, because it’s full of national and nature parks, which mostly you can find on the checklists which we recommend you as a spots for visiting.
Adorable Plitvice lakes – are known as the largest national park in Croatia and one of the oldest in Europe. They had been iscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 20th century. Thanks to its 16 beautiful lakes, which are connected by waterfalls and cascades and magnificant woodland fullfilled by bears, wolves and birds, Plitvice lakes became one of the must-see tourist atractions in Croatia.
Wonderful Krka waterfalls – are located close to the city Šibenik, stunning and incredible waterfalls are impressing numerous tourists by years, specially Skradinski buk with the high waterfall and great pool.
Kornati national parks – involved around 150 islands in the famous and beautiful Zadar archipelago. This national park is high visited by nautical tourists who want to enjoy in pure nature. We are giving you a chance to swiming and diving there, as well as, fishing and watching birds or wild animals.
Island Dugi otok and nature park Telašćica – there you can go by ferry, boat or catamaran. Long Island or Dugi otok is one of the most beautiful islands in Croatia and full of opportunities, so you can there visit the sand beach Sakarun, as well as, turquoise see. On the south there is a nature park Telašcica, enriched by small islands, coves and salt lake „Mir“ with healthy properties.
