Check-in/Check-out policy

Check in time for all the guests is from 14 to 24 h. If the guest arrives earlier, we are on your disposal and will do everything to accommodate him even before check in-time if possible ( if the apartment is ready) or to storage his luggage till apartment is ready. The thing that’s important to us is that guest contacts us at least 30 min before his arrival. So we have enough time to receive him properly, because apartments don’t have reception. When guest arrives, it is also important to prepare documents so we can do everything that the protocol asks. Check out is till 10 am so we have enough time to prepare the apartment to some other guests that come at the same day.


Payment Policy

Payment policy for advance payments

When booking a deposit is required 30% of the total price, the rest is charged on arrival. No credit card number required by this type of payment.

Payment policy for non-advance payments

When you make the reservation it’s necessary to fill out the creditcard number that serves as a guarantee of your arrival. We charge you later, when you arrive to your accomodation.


Pet policy

Pets are not allowed!


General policy

On the check in guests must pay apartment and must give to the owners their identification documents (passport or ID) for the purpose of registration at the Tourist Board. We are available to the guests during their stay for any information and assistance they may need. In case of any complain about the quality of the accommodation,we advise the guests to contact us. For any help or advice,feel free to contact us. Any accidental or intentional damage to the property,will be reimbursed in the full amount of the occurred damage. On the day of departure the guests have to leave the accommodation until 10:00 a.m., in order for the apartment being cleaned.Any additional stay will be charged 5 Euro per hour. The guests are requested not to disturb the peace in the apartment after midnight (00:00). The owners can put an end to the reservation of the guests who do not respect house rules. In this case the guests will be charged for the entire amount of the reservation,regardless the shorter stay. For trips to national parks or rentacar,bike or any additional inquiries,please contact us and we will do our best to provide you the best service,and make your stay enjoyable.
